CANCELLATION POLICIES 

 

Our cancellation policies are designed to accommodate the worst case scenario.

We understand that we are all human, life happens, unexpected things occur and we will always do our best to accommodate changes in circumstances but if we are unable to do so we have to revert to this policy.

We reserve the right to change our Cancellation Policy without prior notice. 

This policy is kept under review and subject to change in line with changes and amendments to law and any events that require the policy is updated.

If the Holistic Tai Chi Qigong Training Academy UK cancels the event, giving less than 7 days' notice, reasonable expenses incurred by you will be reimbursed in full against receipts and an alternative date will be offered. If you are unable to attend an alternative date, a full refund of the amount paid will be given.

The reimbursement within this section will not apply if we have to cancel a course for reasons beyond our control, e.g. Government legislation, such as lockdown for Covid, invasion by aliens!

Payment

Deposits are paid in order to reserve your place on a course. Deposits are non-refundable. A booking form, signed by you, is also required. If you do not pay a deposit and send us a signed booking form you will not have a place on the course. In certain circumstances we may be able to transfer your deposit to a future course.

 

 

The balance of the fee is payable 30 days prior to the first day of the course. If you do not pay the balance on time and have not made alternative arrangements with us your place on the course will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

 

You can pay by card or PayPal using the 'Buy Now' buttons.

We use PayPal to process your 'Buy Now' payments but you do not need a PayPal account.

PayPal charges us for the transaction, even if you cancel and we refund your payment.

If you decide to cancel and we issue you a refund we will deduct the PayPal transaction fee from your refund. 

For example the charge for a £50 transaction is £1.75

Cancellations by you

Cancellation by you up to 30 days prior to the course start date

If you cancel your reservation before the full balance is due you will forfeit your £100 deposit. However it may be possible to transfer your deposit to another Shibashi Qigong Session Leader course.

​Cancellation within 30 days prior to the course start date

If you cancel within 30 days prior to the course start date you will forfeit 50% of the course fee.

Once the course has started no course fee refunds will be made.

If you cancel within 30 days and up to 8 days prior to the event we will refund 50% of the event fee.

 

Cancellation within 7 days

If you cancel within 7 days and up to 24 hours prior to the event we will refund 25% of the event fee.

 

Cancellation within 24 hours or failure to attend

No monies can be refunded following non-attendance or cancellation within 24 hours of the start of the event, no matter what the circumstances.

Once the Further Training Module has started no fee refunds will be made.
